I'm pretty rough on all my equipment and have droped my Grand repeatedly on concret, marble and any unfriendly environment you can imagine.(she even went swimming in the ocean this past February) She continued to work but with less umph than I liked, so I sent an email to Robert O'neal and he responded within 6 minutes, talk about service. He wanted me send her back for some TLC. Well, I hesitated for a few days because I just couldn't part with the old girl and I finally sent her back east, 4 days before Easter, knowing full well it would be a few weeks before I'd see her again.

Well, total shock and suprise, Wednesday she came back to me. Exactly 1 week after I sent her to the other side of the country. Apparently he works around the clock even through holidays, I seriously doubt he ever sleeps.

Condition of my Grand apon return......He drilled out the 510 connection which I had damaged severely due to my abuse. He also replaced her firing pin (I smashed her :facepalm:) put in a new spring, feeder tube, 2 new bottles, a bunch of goo, a business card and a reducer tube. (non of which I asked for) :)

I can't tell you how incredibly pleased with his service I am. Not only are his mods incredibly durable but he takes pride in his work and caters to the needs of his customer. I am so grateful, I never have to worry about the life or longevity of any one of his mods again. Thank you!
