So the other day Mr.Vape was running a special where you buy 2 bottles of juice you get 1 free. I e-mailed them and asked if it applied to their sample packs as well but they were closed for the weekend and I wanted to get my order in so it would ship Monday. You already get a free bottle with every order so I added that to my cart and then in the comments section mistakingly wrote 3 free flavors I wanted instead of 2 seeing as I ordered a 5 bottle sample pack. Well I heard back from them this morning and it did not apply to sample packs but that was not specified at the time so they sent me 4 free bottles of e-juice on a $10 sample pack order. Now that is what I call great customer service! Thanks Mr Vape INC.!
