I recently purchased 2 808 XLs and 3 5pks of LR cartos!
I received my order very quickly and found that by mistake LiteCig had sent me 510 cartos! I contacted them via their contact page with the issue and had a response inside of an hour! I did take photos for him and sent them, and they promptly sent me the correct cartos and told me there was no need to return the others - I could toss them away. I received the correct item, again very quickly!
So, as not to waste the 510 LR Cartos - I offered them up to anybody that wanted them if they paid the postage - and someone did!! So, the 510s didn't go to waste and I provided them with the link to the store so they could make future purchases!
