You know, mistakes happen! Wish we were perfect all the time, but I guess that will never happen, at least not with me, LOL.
I had received my first order ever from JuicyLiquid. It was a simple order, just some bottles and syringes, I think one other item. However, as humans do, there was a mistake.
Three of the bottles didn't have their caps. No big deal, the items were very inexpensive, but DH and I were going on vacation and I had wanted to mix some liquid up, still, no big deal the other three bottles I had ordered with the items had caps.
I wrote JuicyLiquid and they were very apologetic, and offered me more than one option. Truthfully, it wasn't "that" big a deal but I was pleased with their attitude!
What did I find when I returned home? Not just the three bottle caps that had been missing, but a whole slew of little products that I hadn't ordered. All I can say is
WOWnow that's customer service.
