Great experience with Cignot

I've bought all of my equipment at Cignot, including a Joye eGo starter kit on on August 9th, 2010.

Today, one of my batteries died and stopped charging. I emailed Vicky, and she replied within the hour. She offered to send me a new battery, along with an envelope to send back the old battery, all covered under warranty.

I wanted to pass my experience along just in case anyone is pensive about ordering from Cignot, or if anyone is thinking of ordering some Joye equipment. I would recommend ordering it from Cignot, because they've got your back if something goes wrong!

Hello, I bought my very first kit from Cignot, thanks to this forum. I still order from them 9 months later. I just ordered my first ego. I will stick with the gals. They are the best in product and service.

I haven't bought from them yet, but I have a shopping cart with my order waiting for the cash to pay for it. I've been to a ton of sites, but just keep hearing how great cignot is, so I eagerly anticipate being able to buy from them.

It is a rough life when people can't wait to buy from you because your reputation is so good.
