We ordered our first e-cigs and liquid from GoodProphets. Had questions, called and he answered them. Very quick shipping. Very. Loved the products. We were ready to make a second order after we got our feet wet, but had additional questions before we ordered. Called and left a couple of messages, but no return call. Being the newbies that we are, we found another supplier that was happy to answer our call and our questions. Sorry, GoodProphets. You lost a $215.43 sale. Thanks for the initial order and fast shipping, though!

He may have lost a sell to you but I bet he will make it up on me.
You will be hard pressed to find a better supplier.:D

I have not ordered from GP yet as my work schedule usually means I miss out on the sales and my regular vendor has better (non sale) prices. Anyhow I believe a true measure of a vendors customer service is how they handle the unhappy customer and not how many happy ones they appear to have. Seeing Rob call the guy or gal an idiot in a public forum does not give me a warm fuzzy about how I would be treated if I had a problem.

I think if you order from him you will find your "warm and fuzzy" returns upon seeing the price total compared to other vendors. I have dealt with him several times and I have never ordered from someone as customer service oriented as Rob. Order with confidence as Rob will work with you and bend to accomodate you in ways other sellers won't. Plus, you can't beat the lightning fast shipping and communication you receive. Just my two cents.

In the thread where it asks "how long it took to receive your order"-I had stated:
"this time am still waiting, its been 5 days since it was shipped (it was shipped out quick tho) "
Rob actually checked on my order and pm'd me about it!

I think that shows that he does care about his customers, even those of us that just order a few bottles of juice.
Another time, I asked about the cases for the 801, he had stated that he didn't have any in at the time, but was expecting some, and if he got them in he would send me one, and he did.
He also honored the free juice deal, even tho it was my second order at the time.
The e juice is great, and the prices are excellent and so is the service in my opinion.
