So I don't like to make a big deal about replacements, unless it is something big like a battery, anyways my first order a month ago from LF had a bad atty and the cherry juice tasted like water, I didn't email or call them about it at all. A month later (last week) I place a order and in the comments I kinda put that I got a bad atty and the cherry was just nasty water when vaped. Got the package in and guess what they read the comments and did great! They were kind enough without having to communicate in any other way but in comments of a new order to put me a new atty AND 2 bottle of cherry, one normal and one that says black in () next to the name.
Just wanted to say... this is HOW it should be, I shouldn't have to call and complain, I shouldn't have to send emails back and forth 10 times to get what I need. I did NOT know that they would do this, I just wanted to see if they actually pay attention, I guess you could say and they do!
