Ordered an Echo kit from www.cropduster901.com - was a little nervous as I had not used him before. He carries a lot of 901 type ecigs kits and supplies, including some mods he makes.
Shipper notice was emailed within an hour and package was received as expected. Super! When I wanted a second kit, I placed the order along with some extra items. Knowing that the extras I wanted could have been confused with another type, he took the time to email me and make sure that the items were what I was expecting. That is customer service! Fix a problem before it happens
Second order was placed late evening - next morning, there was a shipper notice waiting for me in my email.
