Hi guys,
Really happy to be a new member here, I've recently packed in the roll ups with a 'random' purchase of an e-cig from my local corner shop lol.
After trying out the e-cig both me and my wife felt it was something we could really replace the baccy with, for me the 'addiction' wasn't just the nicotine, I needed the draw of the smoke and feeling a lung/throat hit, so I was blown away to find that vapour pretty much ticked these boxes for me.
Surprisingly although I was quite a heavy smoker, I've found that vaping 12mg is comfortable for me, my wife prefers 6mg nic or lower. I've had no nasty withdrawal symptoms even though I've definitely cut down on the nicotine intake.
After really enjoying my first 'cheapish' e-cig from the corner shop, I've now upgraded to a itaste 134 mini and the difference is huge in both vapour and taste, so it really has become a better experience for me.
I look forward to sharing my thoughts with you all, learning and perhaps later when I become more knowledgable sharing advice to help new peeps
