as torq said, people here are manipulated by media. I am so ungry when I see their lies but at the same time I am wondering if I am the only one that sees that. What can I say for many of people. They are really silly here in Greece. Maybe on other countries too who knows

There is one problem....we have two kinds of mosquitoes; small and large. The small ones fly through the holes in the screen door and the large ones rip the door completely off and fly in.
I think the Bildies are getting together in the US this month. Last time they met here was 2008 and we know how that turned out. Its all an ice cream scam. its like the food companies Torq. I saw a documentary on TV about how big companies rules what people will eat and when. I was not surprise because I know that everything we eat drink, play, enjoy etc its under control. We feel free but its a joke for sure
I've witnessed our taxpayer money go to initiatives that had no outcome, just to move money around. It costs our most vulnerable populations - they steal from the disabled, elderly and indigent to line political pockets. When they take our taxes for "charitable" acts, a percentage of it gets washed and returned to the political machine. It disgusts me.

And that course won't change unless citizens wake up, stop blaming the left or right, and band together to dismantle the current system. We have to acknowledge human nature and put in place checks and balances that prevent the darker side of human nature from taking root. The roots are so deep now that it will take a massive revolution which can only happen when we ALL realize who the real enemy is. But of course dividing people is exactly how governments prevent this from happening.

I listened a Greek song 1 week ago in the radio that said: "If you wake up poor guy then the whole world will come upside down". Your statements are exellent but they will stay wishes as I see it River. 20 centuries gone from the date that christ born and we are at the same point that we were before 20 centuries. People are a little smarter now but system is smarter than people. It always finds better ways to control us.
And the worse is that we are the system. People that were against other people inside system they become people of the system. We have to blame ourselfs for what we created. A monster that will eat all of us, including the people inside system.

Unfortunately, I believe you to be correct Imeo. It does not make sense to me. All this time to learn from past mistakes, to evolve, and...nothing. It's rather sad really. You would think that human beings would be capable of so much more.
I dont really believe in respect, only in fear chris. People will respect you but soon they will try to f@ck you exept you have the power to stop them. So people will always need a leader and a law system to stay cool otherwise they will kill each other. What is needed is a good leader and all will be ok. But good leaders that can do things that will change the world are so few, maybe they dont exist right now.

exactly torq, thats the trick. Here in Greece we are north and south, rich and poor, half of people are with major party and the other half with minor party etc. We fight each other and the people that ruin the world are laughing with us. How many times I have said this to people and the most of them dont listen. So is there a possibility for the world to wake up as river said? I dont think so. There are 3 ways to solve our problems. God, superman and a revolution. The last one is the most possible but after some years the situation will be the same

I was a hippie back in the 70's. Live and let live was our motto. As I grew older, I became more conservative but I was still the same live and let live kind of guy. I had liberal friends,they had their views and I had mine but it was all ok.
The problem with the current administration is that they have polarized the two extremes to the point where liberals hate conservatives and vice versa. I've never experienced that before. I've become apolitical because I think its all a great big cover-up and regardless of who is in power, they are only puppets following an agenda from up above, not the agenda they tell us and the one we vote for. The whole world is changing. I talk to friends in the UK, Belgium, Argentina, Mexico and everyone says the same. This is what leads me to believe in the new world "odor" coming into play here.
