First Choice Vapors Green Apple is very good. Nice and tart with a bit of sweetness.
I just started DIY and this is exactly what I'm looking for also. Just ordered a green apple from Flavor Apprentice. I'll report back after I get a chance to try it.

I don't see Green Apple on their website. Their caramel apple looks REALLY good. Have you tried that one?
Honeysuckle Apple Crisp by Ripe Vapes is really delicious. It's simple and ever so lightly sweet from the honeysuckle with a really crisp and refreshing apple taste. I really love it, it's one of my favorites right now. It's a 75/25 VG to PG and it's only available this spring! I highly recommend it

the best green apple crisp tart flavor I found was ordering some FA Fuji apple. the best flavor I found, it's a nice crisp, sweet with just a bit of tartness to it. Like biting into a fresh apple from the tree
It's more on the sweeter side, but it's not overly sweet. It has a really light sweetness to it, you mostly get this crispy and chill silky taste regarding the apple and a subtle sweetness from the honeysuckle. It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but it is definitely the best apple e-liquid I have tried personally.

This juice is pretty great. Not just for the price either. It's just all around good quality juice.
Vape Wild has a tart green apple called Green Apple Envy, and it tastes just like you just bit into a fresh green apple.
I'm dying to try Cyclop's Athena. It's red and green apple, and I've heard it is excellent and very full flavored! It's reasonably priced too at $13.99 for 30 ml.
