Check for any dried film of eliquid on the connections and on the charger connection.

If you are dragging too long you may also hit a cutoff - some off-brands have very short time before a safety cut-off kicks in and then it won't let you vape for 15-90 seconds. If you let it sit for a few minutes without vaping, it still won't work?

Are these auto batteries? Auto batteries can be damaged or killed by juice drips on the threaded end.

Does that battery work with other cartos or blink with all of them?

And what does your other battery do?

I am just guessing. Usually a battery only blinks if almost out of charge, if starting to be charged, or if it has hit a cutoff. I also had one blink once when it was not making a good connection with the carto (had a bit of juice film).

yeah ive checked both and dont see any dry liquid anywhere. i already brought it to my friend but he just assumed it was the cart i was using, after i told him it was every one he said he honestly didnt know. im planning on getting a new one actually, im specifically caught up on a 510, due to the portable charger and being relatively inexpensive.

I like 510 and I recommend manual batteries. Check out the PCC at NoSmokeVA.com - lots of room, though I think you may need to restart a charge if you open the lid.

I also love manual mega xl 510 batteries - much longer but not bad with just a carto on instead of atty+cart. I think you can only get the metal PCCs for those.
