Waiting for the package was a little bit annoying. Maybe the following tracking infos are from interest for some other european people. Especially for some other Germans. Btw I ordered the Reo Grand on July 23, 2014. There were two shipping options on reosmods.com. I was not sure about the difference, so I've chosen the cheaper 'International Shipping flat rate' for $23.95.

Wow, great looking set-up. Glad I only have to wait 2 days to get my stuff ........ 2 weeks would be tough waiting.

Congrats, and great story. You are one of the lucky ones that got to try one before you buy.

EDIT: ..... ^^ although that denied you the pleasure of opening the box and going "Wow this is smaller than I thought" :D

Glad you got it this fast - sometimes the people at IPZ Frankfurt (Internationales Paket Zentrum) take 2 weeks to process REO parcels =) It will then look as if the parcel is stuck in New York - but actually it's already in Frankfurt, waiting to be scanned.

Flat rate vs. Express to Germany: Usually the flat rate packages slip through our customs - but they almost always fish out the express ones. Unfortunately for us Europeans, there is no insurance on the flat rate shipping method, so if a parcel gets lost there's nothing to do about it but hope that it finds its way back to Rob. There are not many cases of that happening, though, and I know of quite a lot of people using the flat rate without a problem.

US law is different from EU, as far as I can tell, while in the EU the vendors are responsible for a delivery into our hands, in the US they only have responsibility until they can prove that they shipped. Robert is in the US, so their rules apply. Choose flat rate at your own risk =/

Some of you were absolutely right: One Reo is not enough! The second arrived 20 minutes ago and is already vaping like a boss. :)

Some facts:
+ It's a SL/LP Reo Grand black wrinkle
+ Delivery time from Alfred to Berlin: 12 days
+ 0,9-1ohm coil: Kanthal A1; AWG 28, 6 wraps on a 1/16" drill bit
+ Using a little bit of Koh Gen Do (this stuff is perfect for me; I had "big" problems with regular cotton balls)
+ Twisted Flavors Sub Zero 15%; 50/50 base; 12mg nic

Damn, the air hole of this RM2 is on the opposite side. First time I hear it gurgling ... LOL ... must play with the o-rings ...
