Greenhouse One Battery Issues

Since I'm new-ish, I can't post in the below thread, but just wanted to share that I'm having the same battery issues (1000aAh ego batteries). I've sent an email to Tim but have heard anything back. From the below thread, it looks as if return shipping isn't cost effective. Oh well....guess I start my search for more batteries local (USA).

ya, I saw the other thread on this deal, something like $20 bucs to send it back, oh well so much for the warranty ! why they wouldnt have a PO Box set up in the states to accept returns is crazy.

Keep trying to contact the company. maybe they will just send you a new one.

An FYI on the Liberty-Flights and Internet Explorer. You can see the 20% off in the upper left hand part of the screen with Chrome and FireFox, but you have to make sure your Ad Blocker is disabled for Liberty-Flights. I just tried it with IE and it only flashed on screen for a second, but I'm running an Ad Blocker on IE as well as my other browsers. I disabled it on all three and it shows up. So for those of you that don't like IE, just disable the Ad Blocker your running.

You know, it bothers me that the vendor can post on this forum, but not reply to my email/s.

A simple, sorry the battery/s is bad, send them back and we'll send you new ones once we determined the failure is not due to mis-use (or whatever the normal responce is).

Greenhouse One and I both know I'm not spending $25+ dollars to return them…..it's the principle. Now, I’ll never shop there again.
