I ordered 4 each 100mah batteries from GreenHouse One on December 22, 2010 and it was a LONG wait to get them. I have to admit that deciding to order all four at once was based on the one year warranty! Once they arrived I started using them, making sure to rotate the six batteries that I had to make sure the usage was the same.
In February 2011, one of the batteries went bad. Would show green charged on the charger, but then start blinking as soon as I hooked it to the PV showing it needs charging. I tried five times to make sure I was getting the right indication.
Sent first email to GreenHouse One the middle of February - no response from Greenhouse One. Sent Second Email first week of March - no response. Sent thrid email middle of March - no response. Emails weren't working so I came onto ECF and contacted Smocha via PM. Got this in reply.

Warranty - Return Address | Greenhouse One

4. Once we receive your package, we`ll have a new one sent to you.

So I checked into shipping the ONE battery back to Greenhouse One in China with the tracking number. $27.83 +!
Since I can order a new Joye eGo-T mega (1000 mah) battery with the five click off/on switch for $14.99 from Mike and Carols, it is not cost effective to return the battery for a replacement one.
SO MUCH FOR THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY! WORTHLESS!!!
