anybody had any experience or customs issues with these folks?
I just placed my first order with them and I'm now reading all these threads with seizures and what not and frankly i'm just a little bit concerned. I emailed Tim and he assured me i have nothing to worry about (actually he responded in like 15 minutes)...just looking for a bit more feedback. Call me paranoid i guess.

I placed an order with these folks for some e-liquid and spare parts for my PV on Sept 9. Order shipped on Sept 10, and I received it in Wisc on Sept 15. No issues with customs to my knowledge.

I've been lucky with all the non-Canadian vendors thus far... I think the majority of the more seasoned vendors will know how to ship it so that it gets through customs ok. I haven't had to request for any special instructions or anything like that, but may start doing so for a little more peace of mind

gh1 is registered in canada, and I think he's canadian...just all the stuff is in china from what i understand.

Yes, GH1 (Tim) is a Canadian who purchased an ecig company in China. He is trying hard to set up "properly" a Canadian website & stockhouse to distribute to us Canuck's and avoid "possible" customs issues & shipping delays, but its not quite ready to launch yet.

I just ordered a bunch of hardware and juice from Tim. I hope it all gets through customs okay. Tim seems to be a very nice guy to deal with. I'll let you all know how it works out...

My order is sitting in customs since wed(09/29/2010). Here is to hoping it clears soon, my orders from china normally clear the same day. Will update if/when it clears.

I was 13 days total from China to my door in Ottawa via clearance in Vancouver, and I believe (according to CP) that customs wait time was 5 days.

Yea it is, but This was my 1st order from GH1 so am just a little nervous it wont get through. If it doesn't clear by the end of next week will need to order again to be sure I don't run out of juice. Still have enough on hand for another 5 weeks so not critical YET.

I hear ya Wing. In all honesty the only tracking that has worked for me is from happy Jack. Don't ask me what he does, but for some reason it is the one that works. The better half says it has allot to do with the distribution centres. Most of the time I get notification especially from the states that I have a package coming 2 days after I have received it, duh.

Heaven's Gifts are good but Health Cabin not so good wrt tracking information. I have also found that Mississauga holds on to packages longer (customs) than BC. Unfortunately we do not control the point of entry. To put your mind a little more at ease. I have had stuff from the US sit in customs longer than any Chinese order. My longest order from China took 19 days I believe, that was for 480mls.
