An order I made was lodged at customs for 24 days. It arrived at Vancouver customs on 09/05 and was denied entry and returned on 09/29 for having six small bottles. What really sucks about this apart from obvious wait time and return is that I started smoking again in that time because I ran out of juice. I actually had a full 30 milliliter bottle at the time of ordering. The best thing to do if you want to be safe is only order hardware and wait until they launch their Canadian site to order any eliquid.

I only ordered hardware. battery, xl atomizer, a pack of lr510's, some xl carts and a charger. Here's hoping.

Hardware should get through fine. Nicotine juice over a certain level would have a higher chance of not being approved if inspected. The maximum for liquid was 4mg/mL or so I've read. It could be different for other products as they don't necessarily use or are able to use M/V as the determinant. It could be mass delivered over a certain period of time in the case of inhalators or patches. If you only ordered hardware I wouldn't worry too much. I actually asked GreenhouseOne to reship the returned package without the juice for that very reason.

Just wanted to let you all know I just received my order from Greenhouse One. Took ten(yes 10) days total from the day I placed the order until I had it in my hands!
From China to Nova Scotia...pretty impressive. Customs never opened it...no duties...not long in customs either. I ordered hardware and lots of juice...no problems at all.
Kudos to Tim!

i made an order from greenhouseone about a month ago, lots and lots of liquids (since i keep hearing people recommending and complimenting them), and some batteries. shipped on the same day i ordered, and got to canada in about a weeks time. no problem with custom or anything, they package it really well for that purpose.

also, e-mailed tim countless times before and after, almost always replied within minutes, love himm!
