Greensmoke were often said to have a thread fitting called KR808D-2.

KR808 was always a popular 'fitting', but now things have moved on. Even 808D-1 is quite rare.

To be totally honest, I gave up with 808 equipment when I realised a) it was coming to the end and b) I was being ripped-off with the cost of the cartomizers.

The things is, companies 'like' to tie you into their unique fittings and over-priced hardware, so they can retire to the Bahamas and sail yachts with your money. Whatever it costs you ($) to switch systems will save you large sums of money very quickly.

Buy a 510 system and say goodbye to the likes of Greensmoke. These companies shouldn't even be in business anymore.

Call or email Greensmoke and ask what type of thread they use. They probably won't assist you, but its worth a shot given your circumstance.

It could be 808, 510, or their own proprietary thread. Once you know what thread they use, you can better search where to get compatible cartridges or cartomizers.

I will warn you that setups like Greensmoke uses are becoming rare (and thankfully so, IMHO). There are far better setups on the market.

If you still like your cartos, or 808 threaded tanks, and want to keep using them for now, there are 808 to 510 adapters. A lot of people remember the expense of buying pefilled cartos, or the hassle involved with refilling them, and maybe have forgotten how familiar and portable the form factor can be to a former smoker, or that the flavor could be on par with something like the nautilus which still gets plenty of use. That said, it's going to be easier, and cheaper in the long run to get something a little more up to date. And just about anything else available will have much better battery life.

If you want, I think I still have one or two 808 to 510 adapters myself, and as 1) it's not really a "vape" accessory as anything electronic can use these connections, so I'm not afraid of running afoul of the law and 2) I don't use them anymore, I'd be fine to mail them to you. I'll even cover postage. But I really do want to encourage you to look at what else is available. Ask around here, let people know what you liked about your old devices, what you didn't like, and what questions you have, you are sure to get lots of great advice.

The 808 threaded cartos that we used when we were using cigalikes were definitely very easy to refill with eliquids that we liked, at the nicotine and pg/vg levels that we found worked for us.

You might want to check with Revolution Vapor for blank, refillable cartos. Their customer service is excellent - I had a few questions when we were still using cigalikes, and they always answered promptly. You can use their "Contact Us" form to make sure that their cartos will work with your Greensmoke batteries. They also have prefilled cartos.

Personally, my daughter and I are happy that we moved on from cigalikes to Kanger Evod setups. The cigalikes worked very well to keep us from going back to smoking (we quit smoking around 9 years ago, cold turkey, and started vaping around 3 years ago when stress and cravings started making smoking seem more and more desirable). The major problem we had with cigalikes is that when the carto is dead, "it is dead, Jim". With the Evods, we get more vape time to the charge with the batteries, and the coils can be cleaned, rewicked, and recoild, depending on your choice of how involved you want to get with it.

Yes, Greensmoke is kr808d-2, as others have said above. I don't know if this site will ship to you, either, but this is the type of refillable carto you want KR808D-2 or GreenSmoke compatible blank cartomizer - package of five . Unfortunately, the adapters to 510 (so you could use your batteries with 510 cartos) are pretty much non-existent. As your batteries start do die, don't replace them with other d-2's. kr808d-1 (like Halo, V4L, Smokeless Image) are more common and interchangeable. Of course, 510 is the MOST common, and you will have far more choices if you want to change things up in the future.
