Well, forgot why I titled the thread, apologies. I bought some Greensmokes at the local drug store, and 3 out of 3 carts have a burnt taste and a burnt smell, not overwhelming, but nevertheless there. I do have a egoT batt with a ce4 clearomizer, but not sure I completely trust them. The brand is Next Smoke Juice site it nextecigs.com, but I bought them at the local indian smoke shop. Anyone ever heard of said brand. I'm considering ordering the halo g6 starter kit, as well as the new triton system, and 5 or 6 sampler flavors. I really am excited about the whole thing, a new lease on life so to speak. Well anyway, I plan on giving it a go regardless of the bumpy beginning. Any thoughts or opinions appreciated.

Your eGo-T battery is far superior to all the other alternatives you've mentioned. Get some good clearomizers with changeable coils (T3, eVod, T2) and you'll be all set.

CE4 clearos are hit or miss, at best. I never liked them.

I'm not familiar with Next Smoke Juice.

Were these prefilled or did you fill them yourself? Cartomizers are my preference so far, but prefilleds have been real hit or miss for me. I don't know if it's due to lousy filling, or they sit in production rooms too long or what but a I get a lot of burned at first hit.

GS does not offer blanks--they all come prefilled.

And--- that's why I'm still knocking around in the New Member Forum. I only went to Greensmokes website once. Saw the prices and hightailed it out of there.

hehehe...

I started with GS; I only ordered from them because they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. While waiting for my kit to arrive, I discovered ECF. :)

I tried GS and promptly sent it back--they refunded my money, minus the price of the cartomizers. The rest is history. GS is not bad--it's just overpriced, but it's a good intro to vaping.

I'm happy with my eGo-T batt, so I will probably go with the twist. I admittedly no virtually nothing but from what I hear the T2 would also be a good choice? Then the really hard part, which brand and flavor of juice. I am def. a solid tobacco flavor guy, hard to get too far away from tobacco flavor after 33 yrs. of Marlboro reds.

Full disclosure--I use twists, Spinners, all Kanger clearos--T3, baby T3, eVod (those are bottom changeable coil models) and T2 (top changeable). I like them all and so far, so good; no problems to report.

Tobacco juices are notoriously difficult to make, but you may want to try Ahlusion; they make some of the best NET tobacco flavors in the Universe. Even I like them, and I've been off of tobacco flavors for quite a while. Some people swear by Halo's tobaccos--have you tried them? I love Halo's menthols, but so much the tobaccos.

My experience is limited, GS, 21st Century pack the wife bought, and my eGo-T with the CE4 I bought at the indian smoke shop. The e-liquid is Next Smoke Liquid, purchased just one. It's a 50/50 blend, which actually is ok, kind of sweet. I assume they are simply relabeled bottles but I understand that is a common occurence. Checking out recommendations, and I thank all of you for imparting your knowledge, and advice.
