I am a longtime smoker, smoking up to 2 packs a day. I am looking for an e-cig that uses a 510 connection, and the battery lasts the entire day. It has to be relatively cheap, and easy to refill.

I was in a similar situation. I went with an eGo-T starter kit from AltSmoke.com. I'm very happy with it and AltSmoke got it to me in 2 days. I did have some leaking issues with it at first, but I wasn't seating the tank into the cone good enough. Anyway, once you have the kit you can start experimenting with a myriad of atty / carto options on the same battery. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
