Greetings and need some help regarding RX300

Hi all. I'm new to this forum. But not new to vaping. BTW, I recently bought wismec rx300. After 1 week, the OLED screen is suddenly malfunctioned. I can only see stealth on/off and key lock/unlock, barely. But I can't see wattage and battery logo. I'm thinking of faulty PCB board is what causing the problem.

Somebody here have already experienced this kind of issue? Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you and happy vaping ECF newbie and veterans.

Sorry for the trouble. If it's only been a week you should check back with the vendor for return and replacement. These are covered under a warranty. Good luck.

Your mod is what we call in the vaping world 'broken'. Contact your vendor.

sounds broken. I've had mine a few weeks with no issue like that. the 510 pin thats a whole different issue.

Unfortunately, I only bought this from my friend for less. You know what I mean. Well, just want to know the exact cause so that I can fix it for myself. Anyway, thanks for the replies, and vape safely.
