I'll be contacting canvape.com in the morning and taking the official plunge. I have a good idea what I am going to start with, and I will tell you all about it once it arrives. It is just plain weird that I am looking forward to trying these things so much. I really get the feeling I am going to go full "Tard" as Mindfield puts it. I have always been a sucker for electronic gadgets and the PV will be no different I'll bet. I'll likely wind up with dozens of them neatly arranged in their own special cases -- much like my special tools and other such things. Man, I am such a freak... lol

Cheers for all the great advice and help folks. I better sign off. The wind is howling here and we tend to lose power when it blows like this.

Excelsior! :w00t:

How come there's no little smilie with a green face that one can use? LOLOL. You are SO going to enjoy this ride, TrueNorthist. The challenges and frustrations that come with trying to figure all the gizmos out and what works for you, the awesomeness of trying out new juice flavors that just hit that right spot and that great feeling of NOT smoking! Oh yeah ... and a wonderful place to come and share it all.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Man... I was all set to hit the confirm button and had to bail when I saw something that didn't make sense. I ended up sending a long message and list to Canvape in the hopes they will figure out something from the tangles mess. I think I am on the virge of actually understanding some of this stuff.

So far I have settled on 2- KSD VV eGo Variable Voltage-tank 900mAh passthru kits, (That will get me the chargers 'n stuff) 2- Smoktech Tank Dual Coil Cartomizer Refill 5 packs, 2- Boge Low Resistance Cartomizer 5 Packs, 2- 510 Bridgeless Low Resistance Atomizers and 2- Aluminum Drip Tips. I will be ordering the juice from a different source but intend to get a dozen or so 5 ml bottles of various flavours. The whole works should just about cover it, I think. If you guys can think of something missing please fire away. Next month I will be buying a couple of the eGo T LCD batteries with chargers for fooling around with. I like the look of them babies! As I said earlier, I am having to sneak all this expense past my little nest of vipers. So far things are going swimmingly! I should have been a banker.

Cheers!

Your order looks great! The only thing I would suggest is that instead of getting 2 aluminum drip tips, instead get 1 aluminum and one of the smoky clear (or black) delrin drip tips. The only reason that I'm suggesting it is so that you can try both and see which you like better. I like the look of the aluminum, they're sharp! However, I found that they left a funny taste in my mouth (metal mouth)...I may be the only oddball to experience this in which case, this advice is pointless....but ya just never know!

I am what is ofter referred to as a super taster. I can taste --and smell -- all sorts of things most people dont even notice. It can be a real drag. I can also see some colours that are not visible to most. Made some of my work a lot easier, but can be a disaster at most restaurants and dinner gatherings. I will heed your advice mon amie, and order both.

And ChellyNelly, I get spell check in all other forums/sites other than this one. I have been using FF for years now and have never had the same issue any where else. I think I may need to modify FF a bit to make it work on this site perhaps. That is the beauty of Linux. Everything is adjustable. I am just being lazy.

Cheers fellow campers!

not to mention if you are out in the cold for a prolonged period of time for some reason and not vaping, then you pick up your PV with the metal Drip tip, then place it on your lips it tends to have the sticking your tounge on a frozen flag pole effect....do not ask me how i know this :D

One other advantage of having at least one Delrin drip tip on hand: It's much more comfortable to vape out in the cold when you aren't putting freezing metal to your lips. :)

That is a PV? Yikes. More like a tailpipe. :D I guy could put his eye out with one of those puppies, given the right amount of libation. Might come in handy during a bar fight though...

that is my Lavatube with a DCC tank on it, my current favorite combo!!! So i needed a new pic :)

Oh, there are some pretty beefy PVs out there. Seen the Helix? Takes a 26650 battery. IT doesn't look like it in the picture, but it's fat. Fatter than the Silver Bullet, and I always felt the SB was a fatty, but the Helix takes the cake. And the pie. And a couple of Coney dogs and cheese fries and a 2L bottle of lard.
