to be honest, things are getting somewhat out of hand. due to nature of this city's way of life. when i 1st start out, i merely went for options that fits my budget. even if they wanna rip me off, there is nothing much i can do back then. Best is to do lots of research (in other parts of ECF, overseas webshop and youtube vidz), that's the path i took. Though when i look back, i had been "carrot-ed" but the experience had taught me to research more, find out more before getting it.

vape safe.

maybe really people must get carrot before researching, no pain no gain.

what does the nic label on your cigs say? Multiply that by 10 and round down to the nearest available strength of juice, If u're adventurous round up to the nearest level.

PG carries flavor more efectively but less visible vapor and more throathit. some people are sensitive to PG so they use VG. juices usually contain both pg and VG in varying quantities. VG is pretty much the opposite of PG.

its pretty likely to get ripped off if you get from local suppliers. bear in mind the supply/demand factor. low supply high demand, high prices.
im pretty alright with paying a higher price due to risk factor, but how to know not to pay too much? theres where homework comes in (read what the other forummers shared).
if the price markup is reasonable to you, then go for it.

Think the real problem beginners face is that you're new and everyone's pretty evasive (not in a bad way, can't blame anyone cus of how strict Singapore is), so when you're given an offer, you'd jump at it straight away without giving much thought.
Speaking from a noob point of view. No offence though.

That, my friend, is when your homework comes in handy; IF you've done any, that is....
