Ecigg.org in Roxborough 446 Green Lane. It's not fully up and running just yet (vape bar is planned but in the works) but likely in a week or two. As it stands, they do have lots of the essentials on the shelf and ready to go. A lifesaver if you need or really want something and don't want to wait to order it someplace. They also do online sales.
Vaporphoxxe in Hatboro. Bit of a drive but if you like interesting and intense flavors, it's worth the drive. They have a vape bar up and running so you can try the flavors before buying.

My VAMO just arrived today, along with some vivi-novas, and coming from an ego-clone with some stardusts, he difference is amazing.
A wise decision, indeed. I'd hate for you to have to brandish your Vamo in self defense
