Welcome and congrats on dropping the paper wrapped stink sticks.

You're at the point that within a few weeks, you'll start to notice your senses coming back to you. It's wonderful getting your taste and smell senses come back!!!

You'll learn tons of info from this site, but my fist advice (since you just started) is drink lots of water and such. vaping does dehydrate you.

Thanks everyone! We are really happy to be doing this. Already we are breathing easier and sinus issues I thought were just part of me are clearing up! I am even sleeping better, which is not at all what I expected... I slept AWFUL on the patch! Thank you again for the warm welcome and keep the advice coming :D Water-CHECK!!!

My husband and I just started vaping four days ago! First time I've been analog free in years and first time I haven't been freaking out about it EVER! Can't wait to learn as much as I can:):)

Hello and welcome to ECF. While there are many ways to quit smoking, vaping is both fun and educational and is an entire-subculture in and of itself. Sure you could pop a pill, or chew on some nicotine gum, but these other methods don't offer the world of things that vaping does.
