Hello all,

Been lurking around the forum for a while and thought it about time I joined in.

I'm proud to say that I have been analog free for two months now, and have no desire to turn back. Smoked 2 packs of cowboy killers a day for 30 years, and the first day I had my e-cig was the last day I touched a Marlboro. It's a damn miracle to me how easy it was to put them down just like that.

I started off like a lot of people not knowing the first thing about the vaping world. Took a drag off a co workers greensmoke and thought, "that's not so bad, I think I'll give that a try". So I proceeded to order up a $150 worth of crap from them and off I went. While waiting for my order to arrive I started doing some reading on the subject and quickly realized that I had just spent way too much money on an e-cig that is average at best. Oh will live and learn I guess.

I have since moved on to bigger and better PV's, Kr808D-1, Ego's and whatnot, and this weekend ordered up my first Variable Voltage device (Buzz Pro). Now mind you I haven't saved a dime since I started this new phase of my life, but it's all good as far as I'm concerned because after 30 years of poisoning myself I can finally without any hesitation say.... I'm an EX SMOKER. Sorry for yelling, but that felt good.

Anyway, that's my story and I wish all you new vapers the best. Oh and all you old schoolers too.

At the pace I'm going I should break even in lets say 2015 give or take a year.

I'm thinking: At the pace I'm going my odds of living to SEE 2015 have probably tripled, and I still haven't entirely kicked the butts! I guess we can never know for sure, but it feels like the closer I get to really quitting, the farther I am from getting quitted. :D

Thanks for the kind words from everyone.
Hey welcome to ECF and congrats on throwing the cowboy killers away. Love to hear how you like your Buzz Pro once you get it. Give a fellow texan a shout and let me know what you think! Not sure I have saved much since starting either, but I do know I won't go back to the analogs.
Will do, can't wait for it to get here!
LOL I lived in Beeville TX for two years. I don't miss it at all.
Ha Ha, I understand, that place is a .......... well it's a craphole.

Stay with it, you'll be fully quitted in no time.
