Ok... So maybe it's only frozen 7ish months out of the year. Still... long enough.

Lurked around here long enough to get myself started vaping without blowing anything up, and now I'm all in!

Pack a day smoker for 15 years, and now I'm down to a ... here and there when I have a coffee. I simply can NOT shake the smoke/coffee habit no matter now hard I try. My wife tried my setup once, and ordered me off into the streets to put one together for her, and now she's down from the same pack a day to maybe 4-5. Patches, gums, pills... We tried it all. vaping has literally turned our lives around.

I play tournament paintball (yes - that's a thing), and I feel like I have lungs for days now!

Currently running an Eleaf 50W with a Lemo 2 RTA, and the wife has an Eleaf 30w with an Aspire Nautilus (she likes the 'plug and play' simplicity when a coil cooks). I tend to build my coils around 1.5ohm and am on a chimney coil streak right now.

Looking into picking up a Vaporshark RDNA 40 in the near future to try out some Nickel builds.

Great forum here, and I'm glad to finally be on board.

Welcome! Fellow resident of the frozen tundra here. I'm on the other side of the border though :). Congrats on the cutting back! Its all about the cigarettes you didn't smoke. I know for my wife the coffee/Cigarette thing was very hard to shake. getting a nice strong (18mg, but that was in a tiny evod) e liquid for the mornings helped.

NY State?

The morning coffee makes me so mad. I crave that ...., but once I'm a drag or two in, I regret it. I think it's just a matter of time before I toss them for good.

Upper Peninsula of Michigan. More remote, colder and nicer lol. I'm one of the lucky ones that was able to quit same day I started with the vape stuff, but my wife was not. in all honesty just one a day isn't bad at all. I get the frustration part though. Have you tried pairing flavors with coffee? Sounds weird, but I find it way more satisfying. I love a good custard or sometimes a coffee flavor with my coffee.

I actually just picked up a nice Smoores flavour yesterday and the "cookie"(best way to describe it) flavour pairs really nice with coffee. I usually lean towards fruit flavours and they just didn't jive well with Coffee. I have it in one of my cheap clearo's just for the morning/evening joes.

Nice! I mostly use fruit flavors and custards now. I still use my little evod and ego stick for trips out on the boat and when my mod is just too big. Have you found good juice vendors yet?

Thankfully yes. There are a ton of shops here in the Toronto area, and if I'm feeling adventurous, I'll head down to Buffalo/Niagara to sneak some up across the border when we go down for the weekend. It's been a dice roll though...... Some shops juice just isn't that great, but I found a place about 20 min from me, and so far every single house made juice I get from them has been outstanding, and they import a bunch of other brands from the US as well.

And thanks for the welcome everyone!

Awesome! I haven't found a brick and mortar near me that stocks juice at reasonable prices that I like... mostly because I have exactly one within a 150 mile radius. Sometimes the middle of nowhere is not fun.

Canonymous,

Welcome--I'm new here as well.

You can't shake the final clutches of the Cigarette Monster until you force yourself to let go. Rely on the vape, brother. Rely on the vape! It gets easier. My father switched to vaping, but still had 0-3 smokes a day. 4 months later, the Cigarette Monster reclaimed him. Likely he'll stay in his clutches until his dying breath.

Stay strong--you can do this!
