Happy Christmas! I am a Christmas addict. Perhaps we could have a similar celebration in June - just to remind us that our gardens are waking up and the sun is shining? We could call it Junemass and have a nice chicken salad.

I like to incorporate small amounts of very hot chilli in salad - it wakes people up!
