Hi everyone
Thought I would check in and see the advancements of the E-Cig, I used the 510 i think it was called 5 yr ago roughly. I found it to be a bit daunting, fiddly and i gave up on the whole thing. Has it got any easier yet?, hopefully one day it will be just pouring in liquid/charge and of you go, but Atomizers Cartomizers it was a bit to technical for me. Has it got easier in terms of replacing parts often and cleaning? . I will have a look around the forum i did notice this one here..
Alien Kit - SMOK® Being with you for all great vaping time!
Looks a bit fancy and a bit easier I've noticed a few people holding a square type one now . I hope i can one day return to it , and try again thanks

Welcome back! :)

It has gotten easier, depending on what you were using. For some of us, it does take a lot of effort to get off the cigs.

I tried in 2009 but wasn't internet savvy enough to know about forums or other such things. It was promising enough that I tried again when something better was recommended in 2013. It worked with great effort and then found ECF. Hallelujah!

I haven't upgraded since then, antique equipment works for me, but there are many others that can give you recommendations, I'm simply not qualified to discuss all the fancy modernizations.

The best advice I can give you is to have a mod change the title of this thread to something resembling a plea for help, which it is. You are looking for a starter kit to get of cigs in 2017. You will get a lot of replies to that. I'm not much of a fiddle person either but it comes with the territory. Either you choose to smoke or you don't. Some people quit "accidentally" yet others of us, like me, have furious struggle.

Are you even aware of the regulations where you live? You have a lot of research to do. There are people here that can help and advise you though from your country. It is not the same vaping world it once was. It's complicated now.

The square things are called box mods. It'll be a lot of hard work to catch up.

How do you want to vape, what do you want from it? Nicotine, vaper, flavor, clouds, combination of those, etc? And don't forget that what you want in the beginning may not be what you want on down the road as your senses recover. Everybody is different, don't sell yourself short. Ever.

Good luck and explore a lot on here. It has to be overwhelming here for you jumping back in at this point. Right now you probably have the widest varieties of options available to you you. Some companies have shut down due to impending regulations. ProVape, one of your best bets, already has. There are viable alternatives, don't give up.
