griffin insulator and pole not straight. (new unit)

i have a new verified authentic geekvape griffin rta.

my issue is rather an odd one.

the pole of which is on top of the insulator (with the pin) is slightly kneeling to the center and isnt standing as straight as the one to the left.

pictures to show ... attached.

is this ok? is it normal?

if i wanted to tinker with it can it be shifted into position?

Well, my pole isn't completely straight either..
In all seriousness I don't own a Griffin but a crooked post would bother me, have you tried tightening the 510?

i contacted the guy who sold it to me and after much fighting with words he swapped it saying the manufacturer would refuse returning it being that its... functional.

I wouldn't have hassled with returning that myself. Chances are the replacement won't be any different.
