Yes it will work as long as you build coils say from 1.8 to 2.4 ohms
. But two problems- size and weight
Most RTA are going to be around 20-23 mm wide and mainly made of steel and glass so it will look kinds odd and the tank will probably be heavier then the battery.
One I know of made specifically for ego is the kayfun mini. Clones start around 16-18 bucks its long but works great.
There is also a taifun mini sorta the same
You could get a dripper like the era or phoenix
A spheroid would kick serious .... but I don't think you want to blow 70 bucks for an Atty like that on an ego but it would be one you keep a long long time.
Maybe some others can pop in some names. If more names come to me I'll be back lol

Yes you are right about buying an expensive atty for it.
I was thinking about drippers but i will have to carry liquid always with myself, this is something which is kinda hard for me.
I will try for kayfun or taifun mini
Also for future perspective if i want to update my battery what you would suggest will work

I haven't understand about sub ohms and i don't think i will be vaping on sub ohm in near future also.
But yes i will be needing something to chain vape type thing, not just 3-4 drags and leave the batttery to cool down as i have to do sometimes for my ego

The iSticks are great. I'd go for a 30W or a 50W over a 20. They fixed a lot of the problems with the twenty in the newer models.
