I'm not always that fast. If anything is posted on the forum during the day... chances are I will not see it until around now. This is my catch up time :D

See that. Now everyone knows how to be satisfied by quick response customer service all the time. Just wait until 7pm Central Time before sending Mark any messages :D

I have had 2 boo-boos with orders that were immediately addressed and more than taken care of. These guys are writing a whole NEW book on customer service! We are all used to messed up and crappy service and have almost come to expect it. If there is a problem with an order at V4L it is just human error and not to try and screw anyone over. They really WANT us to be happy customers! I'm SMILIN and you will be too!

Yeah, they always make things right! Most of their orders get sent out right, but things happen, people get distracted, mistakes are made. We all know that can happen. But what happens after the mistake is what matters, and our boys know how to make things more then right!

By the same token, it is only human to be disappointed. And I think the OP reacted to that disappointment by posting, but he was also willing to be reassured that it would be fixed, and let them fix it without running it into the ground.

All's well that ends well! ;) Everyone will be smilin here!

Mistakes happen, but (and this is not intended to offend anyone)

why do people rush to the computer and complain openly
on the forum first, without even sending an email or a PM to the people who can sort out the error first ?

If I was a supplier that would really hack me off.

I have a theory about that. I think that new vapers are by definition a bit edgy and cranky because they're trying to kick the analogs. Even vapers who gave up weeks or months ago are still a bit edgy, I think. (Especially if they fear being forced back to analogs because they're out of juice or batteries or whatever.)

Just a hunch.

1) I think Rulz has a point...LOL...I'm laughing cause I feel kind of edgy myself...

2) Let me just say this regarding the whole forum vs. email thing:

I do think that an issue should be sent in the form of an email, however.... I came to this forum about a month ago, knowing very little about vaping. I was lead to V4L based on someone's recommendation. I don't know about you, but if my friend recommends a restaurant and I go and have a bad experience, I'm going to go back to that friend and let them know. Besides the "edgy" angle...LOL...this may also have something to do with it.

WitchDoctor, glad everything got resolved so quickly. As soon as I saw this new thread, I knew it would be taken care of, just like it's always taken care of.

But I do sympathize with new folks here ... yea, you're already edgy about trying to quit smoking (again). And most of the posts are so positive, maybe they just can't believe all that stuff ... could be just "special ones" getting the superb treatment like those who post all the time. Or maybe it's people "planted" to write posts here to make it sound better than it really is. I know y'all are laughing about this, but I remember my first thoughts the first time I came here ... yea, right, tell me another one. If it's too good to be true ...

It is perfectly NORMAL to think this way, because we all have our histories of getting dismal customer service, bad products, and the list goes on -- not just talking about VPs -- everything from clothes to computer parts included here.

So I really do understand why the OP made his post. He needed some quick action, and he then he got it. Because of that, he's probably going to go way out of his way to recommend V4L products.

I love happy endings. :D
