I am still fairly new myself, but because I have learned alot from this subforum and the members who respond to my questions, I felt obligated to spare some of you some time and create a thread that might answer some of your questions...
I know that there are people who dont like to search the forums or do not know how so, I would like to share some links to threads I found helpfull, and info you that might help you decide on the product to choose (i.e. Batterys, Flavors & Strength.

The following is my personal opinion of the product, why I went with it and finally how I benefit from it..
Benefits:
Health: Being analog free prevents any high risk illnesses involved with smoking such as heart health and lung cancer ect.. Lets not forget the ones around you! 2nd hand smoke is just as bad as smoking! You are also helping them!
Convenience:
Smoke Anywhere! Literally! - Vape openly or "stealth" where you can not, and still get the nicotine fix when you crave it!
Grab & Go! No lighter, ashtray or other drama such as rolling involved! Simply charge the battery, put the cartomizer on and vape away!
I dont like dealing with the dripping or filling. V4L offers many different flavors pre filled which is the best on the market IMHO
Flavor
Now, there are many different opinions on flavor. You might like one and another hates it! My best adivise would be to try the ones that sound interesting to you.. That said, here are some reccomendations for Marlboro or Newport & Similar Smokers.
555 - Just like tobacco and closer to a marlboro than the "cowboy" I like it because it is like smoking a real cig..
Cowboy - my #2
Parlament - Has a little sweet after taste to it, but I like it alot..
Nuport - Menthol Lovers... This is it!
Smilin Special - Like Andes Candies lol - Choclate & Menthol Flavor??
Strength:
I wouldnt start too low, otherwise you will go back to analogs FAST! For me, 18mg gives me the satisfaction and I do not get cravings.. 11s were not getting the job done for me..
Remember, this is not like analogs where you get Regular, Medium, Lights, Ultra Lights ect.. Nicotine in analogs is by the amount you inhale.. E-Cigs are different.
Charging & Battery Info:
A Full Charge can take upto 4 hours on a drained battery. The same goes for a PCC
Depending on how much you use it, one battery can last throughout the day or (2 hours of constant use)
