I guess I have smokers remorse.
I told a friend I was doing the No Will Power Method.
Quit without quitting, just haven't wanted one and the last one was disgusting.

Really makes them look at you funny LOL

I have been making my own for the last couple of years and even switched to pipe cut
the last few months for the savings.
Still have plenty of stash around for the urge, just no urges.

Had to blurt.

ticked off that in their perception I didn't go through enough misery to get that way.

That and the guilt of the misery I put my family, friends, acquaintances and strangers through when I stopped cold turkey 17 years ago for 10 weeks. :(

My three adult daughters have told me that that was the worst ten weeks in their lives. But they are pleasantly surprised and proud that I'm doing so well vaping now.

BTW, I feel no pride in quitting analogs... just day-um'd relieved.

I don't think it's guilt. I think it's just the natural motions that follow with quitting cigarettes. For example, most people that quit almost always resort to stuff like candy or eating extra food. Even though you still got your nicotine fix. It might be the way that the body copes from not having the 12k + other chemicals that are in cigarettes.

Just my opinion of course

Alot of people gain weight when they quit smoking.. I have actually LOST weight by switching to vaping. Which I put the blame on all of my yummy fruit & dessert e-liquids curving my appetite. I am very pleased<3

Me too. Much less snacking when I already have something in my mouth!
