Gurgling and leaking Stone

I just have to say...4th fill after the teflon tape experiment. Still holding strong. I know the BMV Hypermint VG is not as thick as other VG's, but have had no wicking trouble until I get down to the last .7 ML or so. Then it's just the tip and hit. I even fell asleep with it tipped upside-down and still no leak or gurgles after!
Any advice for a Stone tank that leaks through the threads and gurgles a lot (and leaks into the battery terminal)? I'm using 100% VG Hypermint from BMV if that helps. It seemed to be fine the first few days except for the gurgles/occasional leaking into the battery terminal, but after a clean and dry burn to change juice it is now leaking from the tank threads too
The one I got had a bad seal around the bottom inner air tube and leaked into the battery connector. It was actually torn.
So take it apart and check it out. It is like it was thrown together quickly and not checked. Screw on threads seem fine no leaks.
