I'm not going to lie about it; the mini Nautilus can gurgle a bit sometimes.
For me, it's usually 'pulling' too madly with a thin juice at lower power.
These type of tanks (clearos, glass-os) all have a certain range of power and wicking speed that works well. Outside of that, you can get dry hits or gurgles. If I sense a dry coil, I try to suck in more juice (not firing the button). The opposite is to blast it at higher volts/watts for a while. Worst case, give it a little shake upside down, dry the drip tip, vape on. :)

Too much liquid is getting to the coil and then dripping into the air channel.

It tends to happen when bottom-coil attys are getting empty. It is vacuum in the tank that slows the flow of liquid onto the coil and once the wick is occasionally exposed to air that vacuum can be compromised. You can reduce the likelihood of gurgling by opening the airflow a bit and sucking more gently. That reduces the vacuum around the coil and so less liquid is pulled through.

It can also be caused by not having enough wick to block the liquid channels, but that's only an issue if you are rewicking.

When it gurgles it's usually because the coil is somewhat flooded.

Turn the tank completely upside down. (This is so the coil cannot rewick, keeping the juice below the wick holes). Take a medium draw which should use the extra juice in the coil. You may get some spit down the tub into mouth, just spit it on a paper towel or napkin. Repeat as necessary.

Fling it. Lol I hold the ecig tightly tip out and swing my arm once or twice to clear excess juice. Reasons stated well in other replies do this before you hit it upside down like sir2fyablynutz suggests to avoid juice in mouth. I had to stop using a kanger aerotank2 for this reason, too much flooding whenever it got even close to low. My girlfriend has a nautilus and doesn't seem to have this prob much.

Gurgling is a flooded coil.

Flooded coils are most common when the wattage is too low and the coil isn't converting all of the liquid to vapor. Nautilus coils work best in the 11-19 watt range with 14-15 watts being the "sweet spot" for most juices. YMMV.

The other main cause of flooding and gurgling is poor wicking. Either a lack of wicking to hold the juice allowing it to flow unrestricted into the coil even when you're not using it, or running a liquid that is too thin and just runs through the wick like water. I wouldn't run any juice higher than 60% PG through a Nautilus coil. 50/50 blends seem to work best.

I just blow into the tank for 1/2 a second before inhaling. Just a puff to clear it and it should stop. This works for me but all the suggestions are sound. You could also try turning up the airflow.
I don't like blowing into a tank because the juice just ends up in your airflow chamber and then causes a bad connection or leaks out of airholes. If its not an adjustable airflow tank it ends up on your mod connection...
