I saw the Lord on another thread a few weeks ago and found all this eye candy. It has been hard not to order one but I just got my PAPS X and I should wait. How is the build quality on the Lord?

I sent an email last evening to Gus about ordering a Lord with the new drip tip. He responded to me overnight (for me) on a Sunday! He told me they will be available on the site on Wednesday. So it looks like that is when I will be placing your order! Totally stoked.
I know I liked your post, but really I shouldn't have. Now I want it more. grumble, grumble.
To my opinon - No Clone/Copy of anything should be on an original modmakers PV - ESPECIALLY a GUS, or anyone elses for that matter.
Makers take a dim view of that.

I did buy a Polished Russian 91% to sit on the Lord when it gets here. If any of you have made this purchase it is a Kebo atty, it looks like they did the polishing without the atty assembled so the threads have taken some material loss in some of them. This batch has a varying degree of QC on the machining of the deck. Make sure to inspect yours thoroughly before you build and place on your Lord. The seller will issue an RMA if you have not filled it with juice.
This is probably the last Russian I buy though, way happier with Svoe Mesto quality and the side airflow control is no longer that important to me. Looks good on the Roller and Poldiac Aname, will look good on the Lord which was the intent of the purchase

You are right on there my friend. I will be upgrading shipping later this week when I purchase the drip tip and a plainer GUS for work. I am thinking an 18650 tube mod with the extra tele tubes should be adequate for an industrial environment.

I bought the polished russian as well. I plan on putting it on top of the Lord when I get it. Need to order the LORD on Wednesday. Take a pic when you get the combo set up. I would love to see it!
That's very true, it was a bit of a poor joke, I most certainly won't sully the Lord with a clone switch.

I received my polished Russian Friday & loved it so much I ordered another one Saturday. Then found one of the original matte finish Russians and ordered one. I'm Russian'd out! Can't wait for my Lord to arrive!
I too have both the Russians, the 3.1ES take and the R-91, and I just love them. With five of the KFLs & Russians I seem to be K'funed out as well
Trying to decide between the version with the airflow or without. I don't really need the airflow. The sanded finish looks awesome as well. Decisions decision.
Any suggestions on ordering extra parts with it? Springs, etc.? I'd like to minimize shipping. Any adapters for 18650 & kick?

Just FYI I ordered mine there was no shipping - free delivery, sealed the deal for me! I ordered on saturday and I'm wondering how long it took anyone else to get it? Also I didn't see anywhere on my invoice what method of shipping they're offering can anyone tell me if they received theirs via USPS of DHL?

I ordered the fuse kit, it comes with a variety of them. The Lord comes with a kick ring to reduce the inner diameter of the tele tube. I opted for the AFC version to future proof me in my non ending obsession with ~stuff. Upgrade your shipping you will not regret it.
GUS mods does offer free shipping, I will be upgrading on my next purchase. It has been 17 days I believe since my order and tracking said it passed through Baltimore today. A week it took from Brooklyn to Baltimore... Free shipping is Hellenic Post and USPS. My order shipped out a day after I ordered so no issues with Gus mods.
Remember you can opt for EMS too (albeit at additional costs). Then it comes in 4 days. Mine did.
