Put you atomizer on first. Then adjust the center pin(it screws in and out) to meet the positive post of your atomizer. In 18350 you will need the extensions. I use 2. Just adjust for battery rattle and it should work fine. If you're using anything other than an 18350 you don't need the extensions. The fuse that came in my center pin was a 5A fuse so don't put anything lower than .8 ohms on it. If you do it will trip the fuse and it will no long work. A certain reviewer hadn't done his homework and blew his fuse when he got it. He couldn't figure it out so he said so in his vlog and I sent him an email about it. he had put a .2 ohm atty on it and didn't realize there was a fuse. Just some thoughts. If I can help don't hesitate to ask. Hope you get it working soon.

Thanks, Sllanham. I played with it last night some more and decided to tear it down. 5A fuze is not a problem for me, I usually shoot for 1-1.5ohm coils.

I have other mechanical that similar to this one and I was frustrating that I could not get it to work. I had tried to raise the center pin but it was really tight and would not move anymore.

Anyway, after another hour and half of tinkering I think it have it working again. I did find the fuze was damaged, it is possible (though unlikely) I did something to it. The top metal contact was loose. I replaced it with a spare but this may not have even been a problem.

Re-assembled and its working now. I gave a fixed pin tank on it (Kayfun) and its working fine.

I'm very pleased the switch holds up to the Kayfun/Russian when set down and does not fire. I need to run some voltage tests on it in the next few days but it seams to be delivering really good voltage to the tank. Switch has smooth throw on it as expected.

Got a nano kit for the Kayfun on order since it's longer than the Lord.

How do the flat top batterys work in this mod? I have mostly sony vtc4s and only a couple of older aw 18650s

Had the a VTC4 in last night and it was working wonderfully, I just like how it looks in 18350 mode right now. I am sure I will switch it up in a day or two back to 18650 mode when I get sick of changing batteries out.
