I was browsing sites looking for flavorings. Thus far I've only been diying unflavored which I vape alot of the time and came across this. It's a butter flavor from e-cig express. Why would they sell a flavor if it's not suitable for vaping.

Good deal. It's a legality issue. Sort of like head shop products that are only for tobacco smoking.

There are other uses for those flavorings besides vaping. Yes, it's a vaping-focused site, but if the carry the whole Flavorart line, there may be a few like that in there.

Yes.
I've seen disclaimers on lots of sites that allude to ecig use not being approved or condoned etc.
Technically, anyone can sell anything if there is a buyer for it I suppose.
I've been vaping for almost a year and am convinced that vaping ecigs is healthier than smoking cigarettes.

Now, I'm just refining my search for the best tastes and satisfaction (naturally extracted tobacco, WTA's vs non-WTA juices, organic flavors, synthetic etc.

A lot of flavors of the cream/custard/butter type family have trace amounts of Diacetyl. At least in ECx' case they warn you. Some others don't.
