H Cigar DNA 30 Check Atomizer Problem

Hi just last week I purchased an hcigar 30 watt device and has so far worked great except a few times after creating a new coil on it i get a message reading "check atomizer" and in the past I had just rebuilt a new coil and it worked fine, today though I did this and after three separate coils I still get a message reading check atomizer, I have tried different batteries, firing with the atty on the box mod, firing without an atomizer on it, I have tried separate atomizers, but I keep getting a message that reads "check atomizer" I don't know what to do to fix this, can anyone help me out?

Update I have also tried skrewing the screw on the inside of the device both tighter and looser

Not familiar with that device specifically, but it could have a problem with the 510 center pin being shorted.

A friend had a clone Hana box that had no insulator under the positive pin causing it to short to the 510 connector. Fixed it by installing an o-ring under the center pin.

You might try gently pulling up the center pin to see if the problem is corrected. It could just be stuck.

I pulled the center wire down, nothing happen, still check atomizer, is there a way I can reset the chip or take it out and get a new one or something?

If it turns out the board or chip are fried, you can replace with a genuine Evolv board.*

Well I was told it wouldn't have to get a new chip for months by the guy who sold it to me, I'd hate to buy a new one so soon, but I have read I'm. It the only one with this problem
