Found this piece of proposed legislation a couple days ago. The product has to be regulated by by the Food and Drug Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Agriculture, or the Consumer Product Safety Commission for it to apply.

Interesting, if BP chooses to have this label on NRTs wouldn't Ecigs be able to apply for it also as they have the same amount of TNSAs as NRTs?

It would be fun to watch BP and the FDA try to spin that one.

Off the top of my head, distilled water in a glass bottle, Would be the only thing that could carry a Carcinogen-Free label.

You can find trace levels in almost everything.

That bill has a zero chance of being enacted.
Besides, it would only serve to further confuse the public about cancer risks.
