In the original thread, I outlined each of his claims that were difficult to believe and what would be required to prove them true. Instead of providing one shred of evidence, he got combative and accused me of "attacking" him. At best, this guy has incredibly poor customer relation skills. At worst, this is an outright scam.
Anybody selling a USA-manufactured 1.9 ohm atty that actually lasted longer at high voltage than a standard 510 should be promoting the hell out of it with comparison videos. He should be shouting from the rooftops, Billy Mays style, "Look how much better these are!" If his product is better, he should welcome every doubting, derisive comment as an opportunity to demonstrate his product's superiority.
Instead, he acts like every "free energy" huckster and snake oil salesman. Big on claims, but sparse on facts. If you question the validity of his claims, he turns on you and attacks rather than defend his indefensible position. "My invention will stop global warming, bring dodos back from extinction, and make you a sandwich! It is all things to all people, and it only costs three simple payments of $29.95! What? No, you can't test it in your lab. Only a fool would doubt my creation. Are you a fool? It doesn't work unless you believe in it. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!"
I suppose his claims are still possible, but based on his actions so far, they are definitely not probable. Even if he offered a 10 year warranty, that's still only as good as his word. If he'd lie about making the carts himself and lie about the resistance, what chance is there he's telling the truth about free replacements for a year? I wouldn't trust him with my $15 without significant proof that his wild claims are legitimate.
