woopsy........recipe. didn't start out being mine, but I did tweak it a bit for my tastes including knocking the flavor %s way down and leaving out the honey or other sweetner

FA strawberry 3%
CAP golden pineapple 2.5%
FA raspberry 2.5%
CAP sweet mango 2% (but I'm using another one that I have)
