I offer a poem I wrote in high school:

Come in to the light
Your soul to save
As death beckons you to the grave
Come and be forgiven for you sins
For good over evil always wins
And if you choose wrong over right
There can only be eternal night
And when the gates of Hell you flee
In the Light you long to be
Remember every single crime
For life goes on
As does Time

The three stooges of Halloween...

Last Halloween my wife was invited to a party by an associate from her work. This associate and her husband were quite a bit older than my wife and I so I wasn't sure what to expect, but as my wife really wanted to go, we started looking for costumes. The house that held the party was about an hour away, and when my GPS pulled us up to the drive way of what we considered to be a very nice house, we were blown away. This 'older couple' had gone all out with decorations. They had fog machines, scary movies playing on every flat screen in the house, scary music playing, a bar (complete with a bar tender), and more food than I think I've ever seen in one house. There must have been forty of so people in this house (mostly older professionals), and they were all wearing incredible costumes.

The strangest thing was that we expected it to be some uptight 'to do' type of scene but we couldn't have been further from the truth. Every time we walked to a different place in the house someone was telling a funny story or doing something hilarious. I'd say one of the most fun parties I'd ever been to.
