Had an issue with one of my element batteries being DOA, and I am shocked to see how fast my CS representative helped me out.


It was a 10 email conversation, and we covered every little thing to verify what the problem was. It's nice that they took the time to really work to help fix the problem for me.



And a sidenote: shipping time was spot on and extremely quick, couldn't be happier!
