I typically get a fairly quick reply from Halo if I e mail them with an issue. When did you contact them ?
Typically JB and Halo are pretty quick to respond. NJ was getting hammered with some really bad thunderstorms yesterday so it's entirely possible some uncontrolled circumstances may be preventing them from replying right away.
Yea think we had a tornado or 2 here in central jersey. Neogolie, is it a order concern or you have questions/need help?
Come on, I mean the folks at Halo do such a great job, they deserve SOME time off. After all, it's not like they are running a hospital or something.

I honestly don't know what there hours are. Typically if I have an issue with an order I don't worry to much on the weekend. If you ordered something Saturday, chances are it's going to go out Monday unless you ordered it really early Saturday. Halo Ships USPS so nothing is going out Saturday afternoon or Sunday.
Halo has the best service of any company, be it e-cigs or anything else in my experience so I wouldn't worry. Perhaps send Johnny Blaze a PM on the forum.
I didn't want to go into the issue really. As I know they will help me. The reason I was trying to contact them on a Sat was because I ordered product on Fri to be shipped overnight with a Sat delivery. The order came in wrong and I was leaving for vaca. That's why I paid so much extra to have my order before I left.
I was not picking on Halo just trying to find out at the time of posting if anyone knew any info. Believe me anyone else would be upset if they paid a premium to get product and it came out wrong. Again I am not picking on them as I know they will make it right.

Understandable. Perhaps JB can correct the mistake and have it shipped to your vacation destination / Just an idea to help you out perhaps. I had a bottle of Belgian coco sitting in my mailbox while I was on vacation recently, I sure was craving it while I was gone.

I am already on vacation. I left on Sunday. That is why I tried to get it delivered on Sat. I am up in Maine. They are going to ship it to me here. I wasnt ever worried they would make it right. As you can imagine it was frustrating leaving without my stuff. But I should get it tomorrow and won't need to buy analogs. That's the good thing. Jay is a great guy to deal with.
I've never been to Maine, I hear it's really nice though. We just got back from Canada last week.
