Just an update. Halo customer service treated me great. They sent me my package over night to me on vaca. Also added a few samples above what I ordered. Companies like Halo with good products and customer service will always get my business. It made my day to see the extra goodies they added. Once again Vapor Val really took the time to make sure I was satisfied, and I am. Thank you Halo and Vapor Val

It's nice when a company you deal with does things like this enough to make it the expectation and not the exception. It shows Halo values it's customers. People are human and mistakes will always be made in any business , it's how you handle those mistakes that set you apart from other business.
