Just wanted to share my experience...
Vapemail shows up yesterday from Halo with some new coils, my lady's 30 mils of Shamrock and a big blue bottle of the Tribeca we both love. Only there's a sour note. While still apparently closed and with the plastic seal intact, the all important Tribeca had leaked into its bubble wrap and into the shipping box itself.
I decided to send a quick polite email to Halo Customer Service about the issue. There was only 5-6 ml lost, so not a huge deal, but they responded quickly and a new bottle of Tribeca is on it's way. Apparently a defective cap was the culprit.
I can't say enough, especially in this day and age, how prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service can really make a difference. So many times people only go onto the interwebs to complain. If we're going to complain when someone messes up, we should be as quick to praise when they do it right.
So thank you Halo, for doing the stand up thing and going the extra mile. It's noticed, and appreciated.
