Personally you come across as an a$$hole to me.
I find this entire thread to be completley uncredible and without merit. Having tried Halo from the initial beta test and still using it exclusively I've never had a quality issue. Time and time again if there are any customer service issues I've read about Halo has always been available to respond and corrected any issues. I think the reputation Halo has with customers, both new and the regular users far out weights 30 or so people with an agenda. Perhaps there is another seller using the HALO name, perhaps there is someone using Halo bottles and filling them with an inferior product but I find it impossible to believe Halo is sending bad batches to France selectively and since there aren't any reported customer issues any other areas of the world I'd have to lean toward the assumption that the topic starter doesn't have all of the facts straight or...we all know taste varies from one person to another and not everyone likes the flavors Halo offers ( hard to believe but it's true ).
Whatever the case is I'd suggest taking your agenda or issues to Halo privately before being an ...... on the forum, you might find you'd get much better results.

Johnny, I offer to send you one of my bottles of Malibu Menthol, unopened and sealed, batch MLBU1200645 with very light taste

So wait, the bottle is unopened and sealed yet you know it has a very light taste? How is this possible?
Unless halo is selecting batches specifically for the retailers that sell to you then why is it other retailers and customers aren't complaining about bad batches ?

Halo, I've got 7 bottles and each one I've opened taste fine. There is 3 that I haven't open that taste horrible, will you exchange them ?![]()

Ive never had a single problem with Halo service in over a year of dealing with them. I'am not in France and I deal with them directly.
Same here. Everything I've purchased from them has been top quality. Shipping is top notch and so are their juices.
Having worked with the public for almost 20 years the customer IS NOT always right. More times than not they are the reason something is wrong. However I have only used Halo's product besides my DIY flavors in which I still use Halo's Fusion as a base. And have never had a problem with the juice, customer service or quality.
