If you aren’t subscribed to receive the latest Halo news or if you were here is a refresher for you, sometime around September this was floated in your in box “HALO ROADMAP Although the summer months slowed the development of new products, we are very close to offering some great new items. One of the hottest developments we have is the all new Halo Element e-cigarette. Not only does the Element have a sleek design, it is also built on one of the most tried and true battery systems available. In addition, it can be used as a 2-piece or 3-piece system, offering great flexibility for new and advanced users alike.”
So, the Element is finally here and Johnny Blaze and the Halo folks didn’t dissappoint in my opinion. The element is a tried and true Joye 510 E-cig with a finish and look that complements the quality Halo is known for and packaged like you’d expect a Halo product to be packaged if you’re an existing Halo customer.
I still consider myself a rookie so a performance review of the Element is most likely not going to surprise anyone that has used this particular model. My personal experience has been limited to a M401 and a SP2 Spark Plug with the 801 atomizer and the 510 atomizer using an adapter on the SP2. The M401 was my first e-cig and I still have it around as a back up. Performance wise , comparing my previous e-cig models to the Element would be the equivalent to learning how to drive in a Ford Escort, moving “up” to a hot rod Chevy Nova and then finally test driving that Supercharged ZR1 Corvette. The 510 produces clouds of vapor with the Halo liquid and has a throat hit that knocks the socks off of my SP2 “mod”.
As stated on the website the Basic starter kit comes with 2 batteries ( One automatic & One Manual Battery ), 2 designer atomizers ( Lazer etched ) 6 empty cartridges, 1 wall charger, 1 instruction manual, 1 cartridge carry case , a decorative Halo Element storage tin and a 5ml bottle of your choice of Halo Liquid.
Halo also has a full selection of Manual or Automatic batteries, Cartomizers, USB Chargers and PCC’s available as well.
I did a little research on the standard 510 kits available at various sites and the Halo price is competitive. No doubt if you search hard enough you can find cheap knock offs of the 510 at a cheaper price and perhaps the original 510 starter kits on sale at various sites slightly cheaper. Considering the quality of the finish of this unit and the first rate packaging combined with a bottle of Halo liquid, I think the kit price is comparible to other vendors.
If you’re new to e-cigs you’d be doing yourself a favor to make this your first kit. The best part about the Halo Element in my opinion for those who use the 510 model is having it available along with what I consider to be the best e-liquid available. No need to stock up on Halo liquid and order hardware from another site. The savings in shipping alone would make the prices listed competitive or cheaper than purchasing e-liquid and hardware from two or more sources.
Of course if you're not new to e-cigs and you prefer the 510 model, now you can get the best liquid on the market and hardware in one stop!
I’m a huge fan of Halo liquid. So far , even with the growing pains of being a new company and supplier Halo has strived to do things first class both in quality and product offerings. The performance of a model as tried and true as the Element suits the Halo brand well and I look forward to seeing what future products become available.
Did I mention, that Halo logo looks cool as hell on an e-cig ? :smokie::thumb:
